Key features of the project include protected bike lanes, reduced lane widths for traffic calming, a raised landscaped median, a roundabout at the intersection of E Street and 11th Street, and a center-turning lane for smoother traffic flow. Additionally, the project involves utility relocations, drainage improvements, and E Street restriping from Sunset Street to Husted Road.
