Persuasion is the central axis of any exercise of influence in which we have to participate, whether negotiating something, communicating a decision ,or trying to mobilize our work teams, friends ,or family to accept our idea or our approach.
In general terms, the exercise of leadership or negotiation processes demands the design of strategies and the management of adequate techniques to improve the communication and mobilization capacity of those who intend to persuade people with the intention that they follow a path and assume the changes imposed by reality. It should be noted that the phenomenon of persuasion responds to principles of social psychology, which allow concessions to be obtained from others, in exchange for nothing.
