At Lago Los Serranos we are committed to providing the highest possible customer service.
To ensure the well-being of our guests and team members during the COVID-19 pandemic, our sales office is open by appointment only.
When we schedule your appointment, we will review all the unique aspects of Lago Los Serranos, and if those meet your timing, needs, and desires; then an appointment will be scheduled for an on-site tour.
You may tour our models and home sites, while we practice the CDC social distancing guidelines. These guidelines may change prior to your appointment and require that you tour the models unaccompanied. We will be happy to open them for you to enjoy a self-guided tour.
Safety is of the utmost importance and we are taking increased precautions that include frequently wiping down areas of the sales center and model homes with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles. We are doing our best to make sure the model's homes are cleaned prior to and following anyones visit.
