Team ALC believes in responsive treatment, which encompasses the skill sets required for children to acquire, generalize and retain these skills across people, settings, stimuli, presentation, and time.
Our treatment is rooted firmly in the principles of Behavior Analysis employing empirically validated procedures. ALC utilizes data-based decisions within an ongoing program assessment, development and implementation of a learner's educational and behavioral goals. We implement a combination of research-based interventions focusing on language, play, and social skills, academics, group instruction as well as self-help skills. Behaviors are also monitored and addressed, as required.
